Events
•Liability• 
It is understood that Consultant is only liable for services completed and provided by Consultant and cannot be held liable for the services of other contracted vendors. It is understood that in no event shall Consultant be liable for consequential damages of any kind. 

•Cancellation Policy• 
If event is canceled, a portion of the fees paid to Consultant will be returned if within the specified time frame. If event is cancelled within 30 days of event date, no portion of the fees paid will be returned. If the event is postponed, services contracted can be applied to a new date if available (refer to Postponement Policy). No refunds or returns after service is provided. 

•Contracted Vendor and Payments• 
Any rentals and/or subcontracted vendors contracted on behalf of client will be paid in full to Consultant directly at requested deadline. Proper notice will be provided per cost. 

•Damage or Loss of Accessories•
Client agrees to exercise all due care in caring for, and preserving the property of Consultant. Clients shall remain responsible for all loss or damage to rentals, up to and including actual replacement value for each missing or damaged item per cost. All items provided for event must be returned in the same state in which they were placed, free of any imperfections, rips, tears, stains and serious defects. Any items damaged during the event either by the client of their guests is subject to fees not exceeding the retail value of said damaged items. 

•Payment Schedule and Method•
For your convenience, payments can be made online via link provided. Additional payment methods available such as transfers via Zelle, Cashapp and Venmo. Credit and Debit card payments inquire a 3.9% Convenience Fee to cover the cost of payments made using these methods.

Yachts

•Delivery•
Delivery times may be affected by various factors such as weather, traffic and order volume. Please ensure yacht captain or stewardess is aware of the decor and are available to receive the team order upon arrival. Wait time for delivery is 30 minutes. If undeliverable, delivery fee will be charged for second attempt. We are not responsible for delays caused by previous charters, their clients, inclement weathers, delays in yacht arrival or last minute time changes within 24 hours. We are also not responsible for incorrect information such as yacht location or marina address that may cause a delay in delivery and installation.

•Address Information•
Please include all pertinent information such as Name of the dock and marina, Slip number, Name of Yacht, Name of captain or stewardess, and contact phone numbers for either etc. Please see Delivery section for information on undeliverable orders. 

•Delivery Contingencies•
HMH Solutions Corp, DBA Decor by Heidy and their team is not responsible for current conditions and limitations of the city, marina, yacht vessel or captain on board the day of the charter. Installation and acceptance of balloons on board deterred by the previously named entities are not the responsibility of DecorbyHeidy. In the event that the installation or delivery is not able to be completed, no refund will be issued as this is the client or brokers responsibility to coordinate with the yacht and captain. 

Bouquets

•Care Instructions•
Balloons live their best life indoors in air conditioning! Helium latex balloons last 8-12 hours indoors. The non-helium balloons can last weeks with proper care! Not intended for prolonged outdoor use or rough surfaces (grass, concrete). DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BALLOON DECOR IN THE OCEAN. Proper disposal is required in order to protect our marine life. All balloons should be discarded into trash bags and returned to mainland after the event.

•Delivery•
Delivery times may be affected by various factors such as weather, traffic and order volume. Please ensure recipient or trusted person is available to receive order upon arrival. Wait time for delivery is 15 minutes. If undeliverable, delivery fee will be charged for second attempt. 

•Address Information•
Please include all pertinent information such as Name of the community, Name of registered Owners, Call codes, etc. Please see Delivery section for information on undeliverable orders. 

•Return Policy•
Balloon orders are custom bespoke orders and are non-refundable.

•Care Instructions•
